I'm wanting to convert a string to a date and time It looks like ToDate won't convert the time portion? I'm using Webi so this function in under the date & time folder but definition doesn't mention time.

Currently := ToDate ( [Event DateStamp] ; "dd-MM-yyyy HH:mm:ss" )provides the date portion but no time values.. I used oracle format from this link but nothing appears to work:What is your current format of the date; 01-02-2016 20:20:43(MM/dd/yyyy hh:mm:ss OR dd/MM/yyyy hh:mm:ss)?.. I also don't see another function specific to time 01-02-2016 20:20:43 This gives an #error using formula below.
